Inspection at Every Production Stage
- Incoming material - steel plate, castings and bearings verified against specification.
- Machining - bore, shaft and frame dimensions checked against drawings.
- Assembly - fit, clearance and alignment inspected before testing.
- Trial run - no-load and load test with capacity, vibration and temperature checks.
- Pre-shipment - final inspection report, photos and packing check before loading.
Wear parts are matched to the machine model and cavity - Mn13Cr2 and Mn18Cr2 manganese plates and liners, Cr26 blow bars and ZCuPb lead-bronze bushings - so a replacement always fits the crusher it was ordered for. Inspection and test reports are available on request for every unit shipped.
