Limestone Crushing Line for Cement Plant in Vietnam

Introduction

For a cement plant expansion project in Vietnam, DC Machinery supplied a 300 t/h limestone crushing line feeding directly into the raw mill. The line combines primary jaw and secondary impact crushing with integrated process control to deliver consistent feed sizing and low operating cost on soft-to-medium limestone.

Challenge

The cement plant required a dependable 300 t/h limestone line feeding a raw mill, with minimal fines, consistent sizing and stable, continuous operation over long production seasons.

Solution

We supplied one PE series jaw crusher for primary crushing and two high-efficiency compound cone crushers for secondary and tertiary crushing, along with metal detectors and belt scales to ensure process control and equipment protection.
