Product Overview
The PE Series Jaw Crusher is the most widely used primary crushing equipment in mining and quarrying. With 17 models covering feed openings from 250×400 mm up to PE-1500×1800 (plus PEX fine models from 150×750 to 300×1300) and capacities from 5 to 1000 t/h, the series fits everything from small gravel plants to large mine crushing lines. The PEX fine jaw crusher models are specially designed for secondary and fine crushing, producing uniform and well-shaped aggregates.

Applications
The PE Series jaw crushers are ideal for primary crushing of granite, basalt, limestone, diabase, iron ore, river pebble and other hard materials with compressive strength up to 320 MPa, and the PEX models for secondary/fine crushing. Widely used in mining, quarrying, construction aggregate, sand making and road building projects across the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.
Key Features
- Deep V-shaped crushing cavity with no dead zone for higher throughput and uniform product size
- Gasket-type discharge opening adjustment with a wide range to meet different requirements
- Wear-resistant manganese steel jaw plates - reversible and replaceable for long service life
- Heavy-duty eccentric shaft and large flywheel for stable and reliable operation
- Simple structure, low noise and dust, energy saving of 15-30% per machine
- Easy installation, operation and maintenance with low operating cost
Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric shaft through a V-belt, moving the movable jaw plate up and down. Material is crushed between the fixed and movable jaw plates, then discharged through the adjustable opening at the bottom. The toggle plate mechanism protects the crusher and allows precise control of the discharge size.
Quality Control
Every machine is inspected at every production stage and tested before shipment, with inspection and test reports available on request.
