150 t/h River Stone Crushing Plant in Indonesia
A river pebble crushing and aggregate production line—configured with a PE750x1060 jaw crusher, a 4.25ft Symons cone crusher, and a vibrating screen, and utilizing components with optimized wear resistance.
Introduction
An Indonesian aggregate producer needed to expand into manufactured sand from locally available river pebbles. DC Machinery designed a three-stage crushing and sand-making line that produces both crushed aggregate and high-quality manufactured sand from a single plant, using wear components optimized for abrasive river stone.
Challenge
River pebbles are fine-textured yet highly abrasive, causing standard crushers to suffer rapid wear and fatigue. The client sought a production line capable of producing crushed aggregate while keeping operating costs under control.
Solution
The crushing production line we designed employs a PE series jaw crusher for primary crushing and a Symons cone crusher for secondary and tertiary crushing; it is also equipped with screening equipment for material classification and utilizes wear-resistant parts specifically selected to handle the abrasive nature of river pebbles.
Outcome
- 150 t/h combined aggregate and manufactured sand output
- wear parts optimized for abrasive river pebble, extending service intervals
- Local commissioning team supported installation on site
- Additional plant ordered by the customer after 6 months
- Documented commissioning report: no-load and load trial run records with bearing temperature, vibration and power draw.
- Spare-parts kit supplied with the plant (jaw plates, mantle, concave) so a worn part never stops production.
