Key Features
- Laminated crushing principle - more cubic products, fewer needle flakes
- All parts can be disassembled from the top or side for easy maintenance
- High-manganese steel fixed and moving cones reduce wear
- Automatic iron protection releases and resets when tramp iron enters
- Hydraulic cavity cleaning and large-diameter spindle for reliable operation
Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to swing the crushing cone around a fixed point, so the crushing wall periodically approaches and leaves the concave, continuously crushing the material between them by impact, compression and bending.
