Sand and Stone Crushing Production Line in the Philippines

Introduction

With natural sand supply shrinking, a Philippine producer turned to manufactured sand from local rock. DC Machinery supplied a complete line - jaw crusher, VSI sand maker and wet-screening package with washing - that delivers construction-grade sand (FM 2.6-3.0) at a lower cost than purchased natural sand, with a water recycling system to cut site water use.

Challenge

The client aims to produce construction-grade sand and aggregate from local rock while ensuring cost competitiveness.

Solution

We supplied jaw crushers, high-efficiency compound spring cone crushers, and screening systems, complemented by a process design and washing system aimed at maximizing sand output.
