200 t/h Granite Crushing Plant in Saudi Arabia

Introduction

For a Saudi contractor working on road-base and concrete aggregate supply, DC Machinery delivered a complete two-stage crushing plant engineered for hard granite. The project combined primary jaw crushing, secondary hydraulic cone crushing and precise final screening in a single reliable flow - built for a remote desert site where simple maintenance and dependable uptime matter most.

Challenge

The customer needed a dependable 200 t/h plant producing concrete-grade aggregate from hard granite, within a short lead time, and able to run with limited local maintenance resources at a remote site.

Solution

We supplied a PE-900×1200 jaw crusher as the primary stage, an HP-300 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing and two YK series vibrating screens for final classification - plus complete electrical and control design, foundation drawings and commissioning support.

Outcome

• Stable 200 t/h output of 0-5, 5-10 and 10-20 mm aggregates
• Cubic product shape meeting concrete aggregate standards
• Ongoing spare parts supply and remote technical support
• Documented commissioning report: no-load and load trial run records with bearing temperature, vibration and power draw.
• Spare-parts kit supplied with the plant (jaw plates, mantle, concave) so a worn part never stops production.
