Overview
The liner plate (frame liner / wear liner) is a manganese steel wear plate bolted to the interior walls and frame of an impact crusher crushing chamber. It provides a sacrificial wear surface that absorbs the abrasive impact and sliding wear from high-velocity rock particles, protecting the expensive structural frame from damage. Liner plates are segmented to allow individual replacement of worn sections, minimizing maintenance cost and downtime.
Our liner plates are cast from ZGMn13-2 or Mn18Cr2 manganese steel , renowned for its work-hardening properties: under repeated impact, the surface hardens to HB 500+ while the core remains tough and crack-resistant. Water toughening heat treatment ensures optimal mechanical properties. Bolt holes are CNC-drilled for precise alignment.
Quality & Application
Each liner plate passes comprehensive inspection including dimension verification, surface quality assessment and chemical composition analysis before shipment. Anti-rust coating is applied for protection during storage and transit.
Standard liner plates are stocked for all common PF and PFW series impact crusher models, covering feed opening, side walls, discharge zone and frame positions. Custom dimensions, thicknesses and bolt patterns are available for specific crusher models. A properly fitted liner plate system is essential for protecting the crusher frame, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance costs in quarry, mining and recycling applications.
