Overview
The adjustment sleeve (adjustment ring) is a critical threaded component of the Symons spring cone crusher. It screws into the bowl assembly via its outer trapezoidal thread, and its inner bore holds the concave wear liner. Rotating the adjustment sleeve raises or lowers the concave liner to set the crusher discharge gap and control output particle size.
Our adjustment sleeves are cast from ZG35CrMo alloy steel with an optimized foundry process. The outer thread is CNC-machined for smooth engagement, and all key dimensions including thread profile, mounting seat and flange positions are strictly inspected.
Quality & Application
Every adjustment sleeve passes full dimension verification and thread profile inspection before shipment. Anti-rust coating is applied for protection during storage and transit.
Standard parts are stocked for all common Symons spring cone crusher sizes. Custom dimensions are available for non-standard crusher models upon customer technical drawings. Widely used in mining, quarry and aggregate plants processing granite, basalt, limestone and ore.
