Overview
The distributor plate (feed distributor) is mounted on top of the moving cone head in a Symons spring cone crusher. As the cone head gyrates, the distributor plate rotates to evenly spread incoming feed material around the entire circumference of the crushing chamber, ensuring uniform loading and consistent particle size output.
Our distributor plates are cast from ZG35CrMo alloy cast steel and CNC-machined on the mounting face and bolt hole pattern for precise fit. The conical profile is optimized to distribute material evenly, reducing localized wear on the mantle and concave liners.
Quality & Application
Each distributor plate passes full dimension inspection and surface quality checks before shipment. Anti-corrosion industrial paint is applied for protection during storage and ocean freight.
Standard distributor plates are stocked for all common Symons spring cone crusher sizes. Custom diameters, heights and bolt patterns are available to match specific crusher configurations. Essential for maintaining optimal crusher throughput and liner wear uniformity in mining, quarry and aggregate operations.
