Overview
The end cover and seal assembly is a critical sealing component installed at both ends of the eccentric shaft bearing housings in a jaw crusher. It consists of a cast iron end cap bolted to the bearing housing, fitted with a rubber or polyurethane seal that contacts the rotating shaft to prevent rock dust, particles and contaminants from entering the bearings, while retaining lubricating oil or grease.
Our end covers are cast from HT250 or HT300 cast iron with precision-machined mounting faces and seal grooves, fitted with NBR rubber or polyurethane seals in labyrinth, lip or combination configurations. The assembly provides effective bearing protection in the harsh, dusty environment of jaw crusher operation.

Each end cover and seal assembly passes comprehensive inspection including dimension verification, seal fit check and surface quality assessment before shipment. Anti-rust coating is applied to cast iron surfaces.
Standard end cover and seal assemblies are stocked for all common PE and PEX series jaw crusher sizes. Custom cover dimensions, shaft bore sizes and seal types are available for specific crusher configurations.
