Overview
The moving jaw assembly is a complete pre-assembled unit consisting of the cast steel moving jaw body, eccentric shaft bearings, bearing housings and sealing elements. It is the core rotating assembly of a jaw crusher, mounted on the eccentric shaft and carrying the movable jaw plate to perform the reciprocating crushing motion.
Our moving jaw assemblies feature a ZG35CrMo or ZG270-500 cast steel jaw body with precision-machined bearing bores, fitted with premium spherical or cylindrical roller bearings and effective dust seals. The complete assembly is pre-assembled and rotation-tested, ready for direct installation into the crusher frame to minimize maintenance downtime.

Each moving jaw assembly passes comprehensive inspection including assembly verification, rotation testing, dimension check and surface quality assessment before shipment. Anti-rust protection is applied to exposed machined surfaces.
Standard moving jaw assemblies are manufactured for all common PE and PEX series jaw crusher sizes. Custom jaw body dimensions, bearing types and seal configurations are available for specific crusher models.
