Overview
The drive shaft bushing set consists of inner and outer lead bronze sleeves installed in the pinion shaft housing of a Symons cone crusher. These bushings provide the bearing surfaces that support the rotating pinion shaft, which transmits power from the motor and flywheel to the bevel gear set that drives the eccentric assembly.
Our drive shaft bushings are centrifugally cast from ZCuPb20Sn5 / ZCuPb15Sn7 lead bronze , offering superior load-bearing capacity, excellent wear resistance and low friction. Both inner and outer diameters are CNC-machined and honed to precise tolerances for optimal oil film formation and shaft alignment.
Quality & Application
Each bushing set passes full dimension inspection on inner diameter, outer diameter, length and surface roughness before shipment. Anti-rust oil is applied for protection during storage and ocean freight.
Standard drive shaft bushing sets are stocked for all common Symons spring cone crusher sizes. Custom dimensions and bronze alloy specifications are available for non-standard crusher configurations. Regular replacement of worn bushings is essential for maintaining proper pinion shaft alignment and preventing costly shaft and housing damage in mining and quarry operations.
