Overview
The motor pulley (V-belt sheave) is mounted on the electric motor shaft and transmits rotational power to the crusher countershaft flywheel through multiple V-belts. It is a critical component of the cone crusher drive system, directly affecting power transfer efficiency and belt lifespan.
Our motor pulleys are sand-cast from high-grade HT250/HT300 cast iron , known for excellent vibration damping and thermal conductivity. The V-belt grooves, bore and keyway are CNC-machined to precise tolerances, and each pulley is dynamically balanced to G6.3 grade for smooth, vibration-free operation.
Quality & Application
Every pulley passes dimensional inspection on groove profile, bore diameter and runout, followed by dynamic balancing verification. Anti-rust primer and industrial paint are applied for corrosion protection during storage and shipping.
Standard motor pulleys are stocked for all common Symons spring cone crusher models. Custom configurations including different diameters, groove counts and bore sizes are available to match specific motor and crusher drive requirements.
