Overview
The thrust bearing plate (thrust washer) is a bronze plain bearing installed between rotating and stationary components in a Symons cone crusher. It provides a low-friction axial bearing surface that supports the vertical thrust loads generated by the rotating shaft, eccentric and cone head assembly during crushing operation.
Our thrust bearing plates are centrifugally cast from ZCuPb20Sn5 / ZCuPb15Sn7 lead bronze , which provides superior load-bearing capacity, excellent wear resistance and low friction characteristics. Both bearing surfaces are CNC-machined and lapped to precise flatness tolerances for uniform load distribution and optimal lubrication film formation.
Quality & Application
Each thrust bearing plate passes full dimension inspection, flatness verification and surface roughness checks before shipment. Anti-rust oil is applied for protection during storage and ocean freight.
Standard thrust bearing plates are stocked for all common Symons spring cone crusher sizes. Custom outer diameters, inner diameters and thicknesses are available for non-standard crusher configurations. Regular replacement of worn thrust plates is essential for maintaining proper shaft alignment and preventing damage to more expensive rotating components in mining and quarry operations.
